Mea she'arim
Mea She'arim is one of the oldest Jewish neighborhoods in Jerusalem(located right outside of the old city). It is populated by Haredi Jews. Haredi Judaism is a broad spectrum of groups within Orthodox Judaism(strictly Orthodox or ultra-Orthodox), all characterized by a rejection of modern secular culture.
